Terms of Purchase Agreement


Payments:

Make all certified money orders payable to Cassiopeia’s Corner.

  • For cash payment I only accept Certified Money Orders or Cashiers checks. You may also make arrangements to wire money as well. Once I receive your payment I will begin work on your order.
    For online purchases I accept Paypal transactions.  Paypal uses secure online banking procedures for your safety.

 Privacy Policy:

  • I consider personal privacy extremely important. Therefore, I will safeguard your personal details and l will never give out or sell any information pertaining to your account.

  • In support of Internet Integrity, I have not and will never send unsolicited emails, nor use pop-ups.

Ordering:

  • In regards to the jewelry, candles and gift baskets that are hand crafted by me, once the funds for your order have been verified, I will ship within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, you may email me and request that I make one for you. This would then be considered a back ordered item and may take additional time for shipping. Hand-crafted jewelry, due to its unique nature, may be difficult in duplicating if the materials for it are no longer available.

  • Please note that all hand-crafted items are unique and can vary slightly from piece to piece.

  • I am happy to take custom orders when ever I can. However, time constraints may delay delivery. A custom order is different than a back order. For an example, a custom order would entail changing an item that is shown on the site with different metals or gemstones to meet the customer’s needs. Custom jewelry must be requested via email. Once you have requested the customized item, we will discuss if it is possible to make what you want and I can then give you a quote and make payment arrangements. Once your custom order has been confirmed and your payment verified, I will begin fabricating it. I work on a first come, first serve basis and there may be other orders ahead of you. If you wish to confirm a time table you may do so through email before making your purchase. Custom orders need up to 10 business days for shipping.

  • Duplicate orders or multiples of an item that are not currently in inventory will be processed as a custom order and will take longer to make and ship as well.

  • We only display items currently in stock but we can place a back order for you if you wish contingent upon material supplies being available.

  • International orders are subject to verification and I can only accept Visa or MasterCard payments.

Shipping:

  • I will ship within 5 day of payment verification for in stock items. Custom order can take up to 2 weeks unless otherwise notified before shipping occurs. Please remember that all shipments are contingent upon the verification of funds. Incorrect information submitted on check out can cause delay with the banking verification. As this process is in the hands of the banking institution I have no control over processing times. Should there be a problem with your card verification you must address the issue directly with your credit card provider.

  • All shipments include a tracking number which I will email to you so you can monitor the progress of your purchase.

  • I cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of items once they have left my establishment. I highly recommend you insure your items as I will not accept responsibility for any loses incurred in transit. This also applied to International orders.

Returns:

  • No returns allowed on custom orders.

  • No cash refunds. I will exchange an item should you find it unsatisfactory with a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return policy dictates the following steps:
    1. I must receive an email from you letting me know there is a problem before you ship it back.
    2. If you send me an item without discussion or prior authorization, it will be marked "Return to Sender"
    3. My liability on any purchase is limited to and cannot exceed the purchase price.
    4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
    5 The customer is responsible for insuring the return order. I will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments that are not insured.  6.If agreed upon I will exchange the item for an equally valued item (less shipping charges) IF received by us, in undamaged, resalable condition in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt. This gives a week for you to look the item over and a week for the item to get back to us via First Class USPS mail.

Denial of Service:

  • I reserve the right to deny any customer service based upon: use of profanity, rudeness or harassing behavior to our staff, unauthorized credit card use, excessive returns, tampering with the website or any other activity we deem inappropriate.
